Reservations
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or authorised deposit.
Security Deposit
A security deposit is required at check-in, or online up to 48 hours before arrival. The deposit is released within 7 days after checkout, provided no damage is reported. If deposit authorisation fails, the reservation may be cancelled.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and SEPA Direct Debit. All prices include VAT at the applicable rate.
Pre Check-in
An Accommodation Form must be completed before arrival, providing expected arrival time, total guest count, and identification details for all foreign nationals as required by Portuguese law.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation more than 30 days before check-in: 50% of the total booking value is charged.
- Cancellation less than 30 days before check-in: 100% of the total booking value is charged.
Stay Conditions
- The lead guest must be at least 18 years of age.
- Pets are not permitted unless expressly agreed in writing.
- Smoking is not permitted inside any managed property.
- Foreign nationals must provide identification for reporting to SEF (Portuguese Immigration and Borders Service).
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: 15:00–22:00. Late check-in after 22:00 is possible with prior confirmation and a completed express check-in form; otherwise a €40 late check-in fee applies.
Check-out: By 11:00. One set of keys is provided per booking. Loss of keys results in a €300 replacement fee.
Occupancy
The number of guests may not exceed the count stated in the reservation. Violations may result in immediate expulsion without compensation or refund.
Overbooking
In the exceptional event of overbooking, MONTE Rentals reserves the right to reallocate guests to alternative accommodation of equivalent or superior quality, without obligation to provide additional compensation beyond the difference in cost, if any.
